Everyday life, given character.

An urban apartment building balancing a strong street edge with generous outdoor space. A layered facade, planted terraces and commercial ground floor give the development a distinct presence within its growing neighbourhood.

Street and courtyard views explore the building’s different edges, from its connection to the city to a more sheltered landscape. Materials, openings and greenery bring detail to the scale of daily life.
