A family home opened to the garden.

A proposal to remodel and extend a semi-detached family house, bringing a larger kitchen and living space into closer contact with the garden. A renewed brick frontage gives the entrance a clearer presence and converts the former garage into a music room.

At the rear, an earth-toned rendered extension frames full-height glazing and a timber terrace. Rooflights and a planted roof bring daylight and greenery into the design. The interior studies explore warm timber, pale stone and softly coloured furnishings, with alternative arrangements retained in the gallery.
