A clear presence on the city street.

A shopping centre in Karshi, organised around generous glazed retail frontages and a clear rhythm of brick piers. The design brings shops, arrival spaces and circulation together within a unified commercial building.

A brick façade, large windows and a blue ceramic band give the centre a recognisable street frontage. The design considers retail visibility, pedestrian arrival and the relationship between the building and its forecourt.
