A landscape for gathering and discovery.

A leisure and cultural masterplan in the hills near Parkent, connecting festivals, learning, sport and hospitality through a shared landscape. Distinct villages sit along routes shaped by the terrain, with public squares, open event grounds and hillside accommodation.

The proposal brings a town centre, festival village, education village, active village and capsule resort together around a network of pedestrian routes and an eco mobility loop. Compact buildings and broad open spaces give each destination its own character while keeping the landscape at the centre of the experience.
