A civic building shaped around public space.

A municipal building proposal linking a broad public square, a planted park and a sunken courtyard. Screened upper volumes sit above glazed ground-floor spaces and pedestrian routes.

The views move from the entrance and street edge to the wider landscape, showing the relationship between civic rooms and places for everyday gathering.
